Bill Kincer
A resident of Wharton County since 1966, Bill and his wife Dot have been actively involved in community activities, church work and with their business---Kincer Oil Company and Kincer Food Stores which they started in 1966. In 1994, after almost 29 years in business, Bill sold his companies to Evans Systems, Inc. and agreed to continue working where he served as Sales Manger until 2001. Since then he has continued his involvement in the business world as a Real Estate Consultant in the Convenience Store and Wholesale Petroleum Industry. Bill has been active in numerous civic organizations. He served as President of the Wharton Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture, Chairman of the Nightingale Hospital Board, member of the Wharton Industrial Foundation and also served as President of the National Chevron Petroleum Marketers Association. As a result of his business activities and continued relations, Bill is very knowledgeable and familiar with not only Wharton County but with the surrounding counties as well. This will prove to be an asset to anyone contemplating a real estate transaction, whether it be buying a new home or locating a site for business.
